Terms & Conditions:
1. A duly completed application form as well as a photocopy of the following documents are required:

> Picture of the back of your NRIC/FIN (For verification of mailing address)
> Duly endorsed adoption form from these shelters: Animal Lovers League (ALL), Cat Welfare Society (CWS) or Society for the Prevention of Cruelty of Animals (SPCA)
2. Limited to one (1) redemption submission per owner name and address.
3. If any information is not provided, we reserve the right to reject or delay the application until all information is complete.
4. We will process your application within 14 working days upon receipt of complete and accurate submission of all required documents.
5. PLC reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, change or substitue products without notice.
